Let’s take a bite out of bullying.

Each year, the American Association of Orthodontists recognizes National Orthodontic Health Month in the month of October. Since 2019, the AAO has joined forces with National Anti-Bullying Prevention Month to spread awareness on the dangers of bullying. During this time, the AAO challenges its 18,000 orthodontic members across the globe to come together and take a stand against bullying. Because we can all agree, #bullyingbites.

In early spring, members can access Awareness Kits that include: posters, window clings, pledge cards and more. In addition to physical assets, the AAO created a designated website where members can find statistics, download social media kits, and order shirts for Unity Day.
